Hyderabad: A recently married wife killed her own husband in Mujahid Nagar under Tappachabutra police station limits.

Ever Since the marriage the pair had differences as Husband used to drink alcohol every day. Last night also Husband got into an argument with his wife after drinking alcohol.

Irritated over the attitude of an alcoholic husband, Wife (Samreen) on late Thursday hit her husband (Aslam) with a pestle, due to which husband died. Soon After the wife voluntarily surrendered herself t0 the police.

Tappachabutra police shifted the dead body to Osmania General Hospital morgue for a post-mortem examination.

A case of murder has been registered and investigation is underway.

Mohammed Aslam (25 year) a resident of Mujahid Nagar and Samreen of Mahboob Colony were married on August 19.
