Munawar Faruqui Released Late Night from Inodre Jail
Indore, 06 FEB: Earlier in the day, Indore the prison authorities had declined to release Munawar Faruqui on bail saying they had not received official order from Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM) Prayagraj, staying its earlier issued production warrant.
Appranetly, In a late-night development, comedian Munawar Faruqui was released from Indore jail on Saturday after the Chief Judicial Magistrate of Indore received a “call from a judge of the Supreme Court”, urging them to check the website for the apex court’s order that had put a stay on Munawar’s production warrant and granted him ad-interim bail.
