Ahmedabad: Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani and the Gujarat government has decided to rename Dragon Fruit as Kamalam.
Gujarat CM Vijay Rupani, on Tuesday, said that his government has decided to change Dragon Fruit’s name to Kamalam.
“The name Dragon Fruit is not proper, and due to its name, one thinks of China. So, we have given it the name Kamalam,” Vijay Rupani said.
