Jharkhand: Uttam Anand, An Additional District Judge (ADJ) of Dhanbad district, died after being hit by a three-wheeled vehicle in daylight on a busy street on Wednesday.
A widely circulated CCTV footage, in which Mr. Anand on morning walks when a vehicle ‘deliberately hit’ him from his back near the Magistrate Colony in Dhanbad.
The chief justice of Jharkhand High court took a serious note and instructed SSP Dhanbad to remain present today in court to provide more details about the judge’s death.
