Indian Artist Unni Krishnan Commits Suicide in Muscat, Oman

Unni Krishnan, a skilled graphic designer and signboard artist, is a well-well-known part of the Indian community. His death came as a shock for the Indian community in Oman.

Oman: Indian expatriate graphic artist Unni Krishnan alleged to have committed suicide in his flat in Muscat on Saturday, the Royal Oman Police said on Sunday.

The 50-year-old graphic designer and signboard artist was found hanging with a white rope. He was already dead when the police arrived on the scene.

“The incident was reported by his friend, who called him several times, but he did not answer his repeated calls,” the police officer said.

According to local press reports, the crime investigation team and the Royal Police arrived at the scene in which they found Krishnan already dead and transferred his body to the police hospital.

According to Police, Further investigations are going on to find out why the victim committed suicide.
