ICC Prosecutor Seeks Arrest Warrant for Israeli PM Netanyahu, Hamas Leaders

This action relates to their conduct during a seven-month war. Khan asserts that Netanyahu, Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, and Hamas leaders Yehya Sinwar, Mohammed Deif, and Ismail Haniyeh are responsible for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza and Israel. He cited the severe impact on civilians, including malnutrition, dehydration, and deaths in Gaza, as well as the extreme cruelty and calculated attacks by Hamas on October 7. Khan emphasized the need for accountability for these actions.
