Hyderabad is set to install video billboards similar to those in Times Square, New York, with a new project named T-Square in Raidurgam, Hitec City.
Hyderabad: The Telangana government has initiated the development of T-Square, aiming to create a vibrant, engaging environment akin to New York’s iconic Times Square. The Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Limited (TGIIC) recently issued a Request For Proposal (RFP) for the project, with the deadline for bid submissions set for August 9. The architect cum transaction advisor will be chosen based on Quality Cum Cost Based Selection (QCBS).
The T-Square project aims to offer a lively community space that will host events, such as impromptu concerts, and provide gathering areas. As Raidurgam continues to grow rapidly, the T-Square is expected to become a major attraction and entertainment hub, mirroring the commercial and tourist allure of Times Square in New York.
