Hyderabad to Establish AI (Artificial Intelligence) City on 200 Acres Along ORR

Hyderabad: City is set to develop an AI City along the Outer Ring Road (ORR) to bolster India’s artificial intelligence ecosystem. The Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC) has earmarked 200 acres for the project, spanning the Maheshwaram, Serilingampally, Chevella, and Ibrahimpatnam mandals. The land allocation is expected to be approved in the upcoming cabinet meeting in June.

Additionally, the site will host the state’s first Skill University, occupying 100 acres. Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy is anticipated to inaugurate both the AI City and the Skill University before the Global AI Summit in July. This initiative aims to enhance AI innovation and skill development in the region.
