The accident resulted in the tragic death of a woman named Mamatha, who fell from the bus and came under the vehicle. Her body was later moved to the mortuary after the bus was lifted with a crane.
Approximately 15 passengers were injured, received first aid, and were transported to a nearby hospital. The accident caused significant traffic congestion on the ORR as the bus was being removed. Preliminary investigations indicate that the bus was speeding, likely causing the driver to lose control.
A woman named Mamatha fell from the bus and was run over, dying on the spot. The police used a crane to lift the bus and recover her body, which was then moved to the mortuary.
