Swift Action by Hyderabad Police Leads to Rescue of Missing 8-Year-Old Girl Within 2 Hours

Hyderabad: On Thursday, August 22, Hyderabad police successfully rescued an 8-year-old girl who went missing from her home in Chandulal Baradari near Kalapathar. The girl, Khathija Fathima, a class 4 student, had gone out to buy milk around 4:30 pm but did not return. Her mother, Rizwana Begum, after failing to find her daughter nearby, reported her missing to the Kalapathar Police Station at around 6 pm.

The police quickly mobilized three teams and used CCTV footage to track down the girl. Their focused efforts led them to locate Khathija near Ramnas Pura Jama Masjid. She was safely returned to her mother within two hours of the complaint being filed. The swift action by the Hyderabad police was instrumental in reuniting the young girl with her family.
