- Alerts users about upcoming flyovers on their route.
- Available for four-wheelers and two-wheelers in 40 cities across India.
- Currently for Android apps and Android Auto, with iOS and CarPlay support coming soon.
EV Charging Station Information:
- Provides details about EV charging stations on Google Maps and Google Search.
- Collaborates with major EV charging providers in India to include information for over 8,000 charging stations.
Public Transport and Metro Booking:
- Streamlined public transport experience with ONDC and Namma Yatri collaboration.
- Metro booking now live in Kochi and Chennai.
Simplified Road Incident Reporting:
- Allows easy reporting of road incidents with a few taps.
- Available across all platforms: Android, iOS, Android Auto, and Apple CarPlay.
Curated Lists and Recommendations:
- Collaborations with local experts like NDTV Food and MagicPin.
- Offers insider tips for the best places to eat, drink, and explore in 10 major cities and tourist spots.
Google Maps has extensively mapped India’s roads, buildings, and businesses, providing real-time traffic predictions and immersive experiences like Street View and Live View walking navigation.
