Hyderabad: A quarrel between an Army couple resulted in murder of Husband in the city on Saturday night.
Sabina Roshan, has now been arrested for allegedly stabbing her husband Vishal Dewan to death at their villa in Bandlaguda.
Cyberabad police said that the victim an Ex-Army Captain, Vishal Dewan (43-y), was a senior security manager with Johnson and Johnson. The accused, a former lieutenant colonel Sabina Roshan (50-y) is also a doctor lives Maple Town Villas, near Sun City, Bandlaguda.
According to police, Sabina Roshan’s 23-year-old daughter informing about the stabbing at their house, we rushed to the spot and came to know that family members along with neighbors had rushed Vishal Dewan to a nearby hospital in a car where he was declared brought dead,” Rajendranagar inspector G Suresh said.
Police then took Sabina into custody after questioning.

Vishal collapsed onto the floor with a bleeding injury, the 23-year-old stepdaughter ran out of the house and informed the neighbors. Vishal was taken to hospital by Neighbors where he was pronounced dead on arrival, police said.
Sabina claimed her husband mistreated her physically and emotionally. She said she had undergone a slipped disc due to his physical attack last month,” the inspector said.
According to police, Sabina and Vishal are from Uttarakhand and about 15 years ago Sabina married Vishal, which was her second marriage. “We spoke to Sabina’s two children, who were witnesses, and they confirmed that the couple has been passing through turbulent times.
Police have arrested the accused and sent in judicial custody. After an autopsy, the body was handed over to his family and his final rights were performed on Sunday,” the police said.
