Kanpur: At least six people were died and several other were injured after an electric bus lost control and ran over bystanders in Kanpur today.

According to police, The incident occurred near the Tat Mill crossroad, when a speeding electric bus lost control and hit several vehicles and bystanders. The driver of the bus is on the run.

Kanpur police have initiated a investigation.
