Sangareddy: The District Educational Officer (DEO), Venkateshwarlu, has suspended Narsingi, the headmaster of ZPHS Bibipet in Kalher mandal, following a food poisoning incident at the school on Monday. The incident resulted in 24 students falling ill after consuming the mid-day meal provided by the school.
The affected students were promptly taken to the area hospital in Narayankhed for treatment. The DEO suspended the headmaster, holding him accountable for the incident. An investigation into the cause of the food poisoning is currently underway to determine how the contamination occurred and to ensure such incidents are prevented in the future.
