Cyberabad Cop Arrested for Promising Marriage, Impregnating, and Refused to Marry Lady Cop
Hyderabad: Nageshwar Rao (25), a police constable of Cyberabad Police Commissionerate, was arrested by Amangal police on charges of cheating, raping, and impregnating a lady police constable after promising to marry her,
According to police, Nageshwar Rao a 2019 batch constable currently posted at the Cyberabad Police Commissionerate, and a lady cop who belonged to the same batch earlier worked together at the same police station. They became friends at work for nearly one and a half years and Nageshwar allegedly promised to marry her and sexually violated her, resulting in her pregnancy, and then forced her to terminate the pregnancy. Rao again continued to deceive her and allegedly make her again pregnant, refused to marry her, and started avoiding her.
Police Amangal Arrested Nageshwar Rao on a complaint from the lady cop and was produced before the court and remanded in judicial custody.
