Chakka Jam Across India on Saturday 6th FEB by Farmers Leaders
New Delhi, 01 FEB: Farmers protesting against the three farm laws have called for a “Chakka Jam” protest across India on Saturday.
The announcement for “Chakka Jam” was made today evening by the Samyukt Kisan Morcha, an umbrella body of farmer groups.
The duration of the protest will be for three hours only i.e., from 12 PM to 3 PM.
During Chakka Jam protest Farmers leaders plan to block transport on highways.
The protest is against the internet ban in areas near their agitation sites, alleged harassment by the authorities, curtailment of power and water at their protest venues and other issues.
