Babri Masjid Demolition Case, Judgement on September 30. All accused including L K Advani asked to be present in court
New Delhi:The judgment in the 28-year-old Babri Masjid demolition case will be delivered on September 30. SK Yadav, Special CBI judge, who will pronounce the Judgement, has asked all the accused including BJP veterans LK Advani, Murli Manohar Joshi and senior leader Uma Bharti to be present in court on 30th September.
LK Advani, Murli Manohar Joshi, and Uma Bharati are among the key BJP leaders accused of conspiracy, leading to demolition of the mosque in December 1992, are accused of conspiracy that led to the demolition of the 15th Century mosque in December 1992.
Both Mr. Advani, 92, and Mr. Joshi, 86, have denied all charges against them. they earlier recorded their statement in the mosque demolition case before the special CBI court through video conference on July 24. Mr. Joshi, 86, recorded his statement a day before Mr. Advani.
