He requests all IT and ITES companies to encourage employees to work from home on Monday, 2nd September 2024. This advisory aims to ensure the safety and well-being of employees by minimizing risks associated with commuting during adverse weather conditions. It is also intended to reduce traffic congestion and ensure that emergency services are not obstructed.
