China illegally Occupied 38,000 Square KM of Indian land in Ladakh, Home Minister Rajnath Singh said in Parliament

Home Minister said in the Lok Sabha that China doesn’t recognize the traditional and customary alignment of the boundary and illegally occupied over 38,000 square km of Indian land in Ladakh, Home Minister Rajnath Singh said in Parliament.

 New Delhi: Home Minister Rajnath Singh today confirmed in the Lok Sabha that over Line of Actual Control (LAC)  row, that India and China have different opinions about the Line of Actual Control (LAC) and that the border issue remains unresolved.

Home Minister said in the Lok Sabha that China doesn’t recognize the traditional and customary alignment of the boundary. Rajnath Singh further said that China has unauthorized occupation of approximately 38,000 square km of Indian land in Ladakh. Besides, under the so-called Sino-Pakistan ‘Boundary Agreement’ of 1963, Pakistan illegally ceded 5,180 sq km of Indian territory in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir to China, he added.
