Hyderabad: In a tragic incident in Hyderabad, a 65-year-old man named Anjaneyulu, who was brutally attacked in a road rage incident last month, passed away on Thursday while receiving treatment in a hospital. The incident took place on September 30 in Alwal when Anjaneyulu, while crossing a busy road, advised a motorbike rider to slow down as the rider was driving recklessly.
According to police reports, the rider reacted violently, attacking Anjaneyulu and causing him to fall and sustain a severe head injury. His family immediately rushed him to a private hospital, but despite medical efforts, he succumbed to his injuries during treatment.
The Alwal police have registered a case, and the rider has been arrested. The attack was recorded on a nearby CCTV camera, which helped authorities in their investigation.
