85+ old and PWD can Vote from Home

Hyderabad: In a landmark move, citizens above 85 years and Persons with Disabilities (PWD) will now have the option to cast their votes from home.

Telangana Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Vikas Raj said all those who wish to opt for home voting should enroll before April 22 for the vote-from-home facility for the ensuing Lok Sabha elections 2024.

According to the Election Commission instructions have been issued to the officials to distribute Form D to the voters. The elections will be held on May 13 in Telangana State.
