New Delhi: According to the Indian Medical Association, 50 doctors died on Sunday of Covid-19. A total of 244 doctors have lost their lives due to Covid in the second wave.

The highest number of fatalities of the doctors have been reported, 69 from Bihar, 34 from Uttar Pradesh, and 27 from Delhi.

During the First wave of the Pandemic, Last year, 736 doctors had lost their lives.

 A total of nearly 1,000 doctors across India have lost their lives due to Covid so far.
