4 Brothers Among 5 Arrested in Lady Advocate Murder Case in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: 5 persons, (4 brothers and a sister in law) were arrested on Sunday by Golconda police for murder, conspiracy for killing their sister, Rayeesa Fatima, a practicing Advocate

All 5 accused are names as 1) Mohd. Arif Ali (2) Mohd. Rawoof Ali (3) Mohd. Hassan Ali @ Mujahed Ali (4) Mohd. Asif Ali (5) Smt. Sameena Begum. w/o. Mohd. Arif Ali

According to police, the Father of the accused & deceased is having several properties in Hyderabad city, recently he passed away. During his lifetime he was intended to present 400 sq. yards to his five daughters respectively, but the accused persons opposed his proposal, even though the deceased Smt. Rayeesa Fatima was harassing and torturing the accused for partition of property.

Meantime another sister of the accused by the name Smt. Ayesha Fatima had filed a Civil Suit before the Hon’ble IV Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, accordingly, the Hon’ble court issued summons against all the legal heirs (4 brothers) including the deceased Smt. Rayeesa Fatima, upon which all the 5 accused persons warned and threatened the deceased Smt. Rayeesa Fatima with dire consequences and they all hatched a plan to eliminate her to get rid-off.

As per their plan Mohd. Arif Ali went to the house of deceased Smt. Rayeesa Fatima on 29.7.2021 at about 1300 hours, picked up a quarrel with her in connection with property disputes and intentionally he pushed her on the floor in the kitchen and slit her throat with a knife, resulting which she sustained severe bleeding injuries and died on the spot.

All 5 accused were arrested and they were produced before the Hon’ble court
