Hyderabad, 21 March: BHAROSA CENTER Foundation stone Laying Ceremony held at Zehranagar Near Mirchowk PS by Home Minister Mohammed Mahmood Ali, Asaduddin Owaisi, MP, and Anjani Kumar, Commissioner of Police other Sr. police officers and MIM MLAs were also present the ceremony.
Mohammed Mahmood Ali, Home Minister said that; After the achievement of Telangana, the government paid special attention to law and order. We have taken action accordingly. Arrangements for CCTV cameras have given up very good results. She teams work very well for women. Stands as a role model for the country. The Hon’ble Chief Minister of TS’s main goal is the safety of women. Establishing a Bharosa center is a very good thing. Women’s problems are going away quickly.
Asaduddin Owaisi, MP said that, the police did a very good job during the lockdown. Our Holi Quran also teaches that women should be respected. It is not right to harass women and attack them. Bharosa Center is not needed in the old city but women need protection in the current circumstances. Corona is booming one more time so people need to be careful.
Anjani Kumar, CP Hyderabad said that; The Bhorosa Centre Laying Foundation Stone Program was held today as part of the Telangana Government’s Safe City project. The Telangana government has set up a She Team to provide security to women, part of which is to assist women in assisting them in case of any problems.
In the last 3,4 years, 60 percent of the cases were got convictions in Bharosa center. Women need to be aware of their problems and women can call Dial 100 immediately if they have any problems. The police will reach you within 10 minutes. The number of women working in every section of Telangana is increasing along with all parts of the country. The safety of women is very important at present time. That is why the Telangana police are working very hard. Hyderabad is the safest city in the country. The number of atrocities against women is very low. We are registering cases of harassment of women by She Teams. We are also giving them counseling and changing them also. Women’s safety is our goal.
Shikha Goel (Addl. CP. Crimes) said that, The Bharosa Center, Saifabad was set up five years ago. So far we have been able to save 1000 victims. Our Hyderabad city is known as the safest city in the country. In this Bharosa center on we are providing one family counseling center and 11 in the other parts of Hyderabad city. We have to install 3000 cc cameras through the Bharosa center.
